    Donate Patriotic Pillowcases to Veteran Patients in Contra Costa and Solano Counties

    Donate homemade pillowcases created from patriotic-themed fabric for Veteran patients in hospice care living in Solano and Contra Costa Counties. Provided to Veterans during their bedside honor ceremony and on Veterans Day.

    Pickup available or you're welcome to deliver to hospice office in Concord.
