About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young adults in NYC? ClearPathNYC is looking for dedicated Resource Navigators & Validators to help expand and verify the essential services listed on our platform. Your work will directly impact young people searching for legal aid, shelters, job programs, and educational opportunities.

By ensuring accurate and up-to-date resource information, you’ll help create a more reliable system that empowers young adults to find the support they need—quickly and easily.

What You'll Do

• Research and add new resources in key areas:
  • Legal Aid (housing, immigration, employment rights, etc.)
  • Shelters & Housing Support (emergency, transitional, and long-term options)
  • Job & Workforce Development (training programs, job placement services)
  • Educational Resources (GED programs, trade schools, college access initiatives)
• Verify and update existing resources by calling or emailing organizations.
• Ensure accuracy by categorizing and tagging resources for easy user navigation.
• Identify gaps in available services and suggest new additions.

Qualifications

We’re looking for volunteers who are:

✅ Detail-Oriented – You’re meticulous when researching and recording information.

✅ Strong Communicators – Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails to verify resources.

✅ Tech-Savvy (Basic Skills Needed) – Familiarity with Google Sheets or data entry platforms (training provided).

✅ Passionate About Helping Others – You care about making social wellness resources more accessible.
