ClearPathNYC is a nonprofit dedicated to transforming how young people access essential social wellness resources in New York City. We bridge the gap between available services and the young adults who need them most by leveraging technology and a user-centered approach.
Who We Serve
We focus on supporting youth and young adults aged 18-25, including those experiencing homelessness, housing instability, food insecurity, and mental health challenges. Many of the individuals we serve have aged out of foster care or face difficulties navigating traditional support systems. Our platform is designed to make finding help easy, clear, and accessible.
Our Values
- Empowerment – We believe that access to resources should be simple and user-friendly, helping young people take control of their journey.
- Accessibility – Finding help should never be complicated. Our platform consolidates over 5,200 resources to make support easier to navigate.
- Community-Driven Impact – We collaborate with youth organizations, shelters, and service providers to connect young people with the right resources at the right time.
What We Do
ClearPathNYC functions as a “Google Maps” for homeless youth, allowing users to search, filter, and apply to resources in real time. Our platform includes:
- Emergency housing and shelters
- Mental wellness services
- Food assistance
- Public facilities (bathrooms, computers, etc.)
- Educational and professional development resources
