    Description

    Through the AmeriCorps RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) a 55 and older program, you can help by assisting at Wayside Cross or Lifespring Center in Aurora. Wayside Cross is part of a rehabilitation ministry program. Male volunteers can help at Wayside Cross and female volunteers are needed to watch children among other opportunities at Lifespring Center, a shelter for women and children.

    There is also an option to help at the ministry's resale shop, The Hope Chest in Aurora.

    AmeriCorps RSVP volunteers may be eligible for mileage reimbursement.
