Are you passionate about soccer and giving back to your community? KLM Soccer Club is looking for dedicated Volunteer Coaches to lead our U11–U18 youth teams for the upcoming season.

⚽ What You'll Do

As a volunteer coach, you’ll:

• Coach youth players aged 10–17 (age group selection based on your comfort level)
• Lead one 75-minute practice per week
• Coach one game on Saturdays (approx. 2 hours including warm-up)
• Work alongside a Parent Coordinator to handle admin and equipment needs (transport assistance provided if needed)
• Foster a fun, inclusive, and positive team environment
• Provide feedback to help players grow technically and tactically
• Communicate clearly with parents, players, and club staff
• Ensure all players get equal chances to play and improve
• Follow KLM’s policies, including safety and conduct standards
• Volunteer under the supervision and guidance of our Player Development Team

✅ What We're Looking For

• Passion for working with youth and building a positive soccer experience
• Commitment to regular training sessions and games
• Ability to travel to practices and matches
• (Preferred) Previous youth coaching experience
• (Preferred) First Aid & CPR certification
• (Required) Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Training and ongoing support provided!
