    Description

    Drive Seniors to Medical Appointments

    CityServe facilitates the RideCare program as a transportation option for seniors and adults with disabilities. RideCare is unique in that it truly cares for the whole person through a caring connection for isolated individuals who are physically able to walk, but are unable to drive themselves or utilize public transportation. Riders are picked up at their home in the cities of Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore and Sunol and are driven to local doctor appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies or social service offices.
