Description
Touchstone Hospice needs an office volunteer to provide bereavement support to families that have lost a loved one during the past year. Responsibilities may include sending bereavement grief newsletters or other bereavement mailings, scheduling all bereavement contacts according to the Bereavement Plan of Care, making follow-up phone calls and entering bereavement contact data into bereavement files.
