    Program Coordinator (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer):

At Empowered Futures, we are committed to nurturing confident, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful young adults through self-empowerment, mentorship, and holistic development.

    As a Program Coordinator, you’ll support the operational success of our mentorship programs by managing scheduling cycles, coordinating mentor-mentee matching, and collaborating across teams. This is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized individual looking to grow their experience in program logistics, mentorship coordination, and remote nonprofit work.

    Responsibilities:

    * Coordinate scheduling logistics for mentorship cycles in partnership with the EF Connect team

    * Manage mentor-mentee matching communications and maintain accurate program records

    * Collaborate with Program Development leadership to execute timeline-sensitive program activities

    * Communicate program expectations and updates to volunteers and participants

    * Monitor timelines and adjust logistics based on volunteer availability and scheduling needs

    * Maintain Airtable trackers and documentation for scheduling workflows

    * Attend regular check-ins with the Director of Program Development and participate in EF Connect working sessions

    * Support a positive and inclusive experience for mentors and mentees throughout the cycle

    * Adapt to scheduling conflicts and help implement solutions quickly

    * Assist in gathering feedback for program improvement and documentation of outcomes

    Qualifications:

    * 1-2 years of experience in administrative, scheduling, or program coordination (volunteer or paid)

    * Postsecondary coursework or diploma in Nonprofit Management, Human Services, Education, or a related field

    * Experience managing logistics or scheduling across teams in a remote environment

    * Familiarity with Google Calendar, Airtable, Zoom, Slack, or similar tools

    * Exceptional communication and follow-up skills in virtual settings

    * Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

    * Calm under pressure, courteous in communication, and solution-oriented

    * Passion for youth development, volunteerism, and mentorship-based programming
