    About the Role

    We’re looking for someone who can transform numbers into narratives and insights into action. As Creshendo’s Email Marketing Data & Reporting Specialist, you’ll shape how we understand and grow our community by tracking what works, analyzing engagement, and guiding strategy with clear, compelling insights.

    You’ll be the person behind the dashboards — making sure our emails reach people, resonate with them, and ultimately help build deeper relationships with our supporters.

    This is a role for someone who thrives on details, loves finding patterns in the data, and knows how to turn complexity into clarity.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Maintain accurate subscriber lists, tagging, and segmentation
    • Monitor deliverability, bounces, and unsubscribes to keep our list healthy
    • Build weekly, monthly, and campaign-level reports (open rates, click rates, conversions, growth)
    • Present clear, actionable insights to fundraising, marketing, and program teams.
    • Benchmark performance against nonprofit industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze audience engagement trends to guide segmentation and personalization strategies.
    • Collaborate with the email marketing manager on A/B testing strategies (subject lines, content, send times).
    • Identify opportunities to improve donor journeys and automated campaigns based on data findings.

    Who This Role Is For

    You might be a great fit if you:

    • Have experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
    • Know your way around data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
    • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
    • Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills
    • Ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations
    • Collaborative, with strong communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
    • Passion for mission-driven work and measurable impact
