Description
The volunteer Post Recruiter is a prior service veteran. He/she will outreach area veterans and the military to inform them of the benefits and service opportunities of membership with VFW Post 8235. The materials will be provided by the Post. The recruiter maintains a list of recruits that have signed up and ones that still need to provide eligibility documents such as a DD 214 showing their combat service. Once all documents and the VFW application is completed, it is then submitted to the Post Quartermaster for processing.
