    Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – ChildsPlay International (CPI)

    ChildsPlay International (CPI) brings play and play-based free education to children in communities affected by war, famine, and disaster. Our affordable, low-tech programs — including pop-up classrooms and a global storytelling initiative — foster healing, creativity, and learning. (We just published our first book, born out of the global storytelling program. Link here.)

    This is a chance to set up your own team, scale proven programs, and shape strategy — without starting from scratch. Though unpaid, it offers real authority, global impact, and the opportunity to build a legacy for children worldwide.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead strategy, partnerships, and fundraising.
    • Support local teams delivering CPI programs.
    • Oversee operations and represent CPI globally.

    Qualifications

    • Nonprofit or social impact leadership experience.
    • Strong fundraising and networking skills.
    • Commitment to children’s rights and play-based learning.
