    Join Art Sphere Inc’s Operations Team to help manage and support our incredible community of volunteers. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in nonprofit coordination, data management, and communications.

    What You'll Do:

    • Compile new volunteer information into our database
    • Communicate with volunteers and guide them through onboarding
    • Update mailing lists and maintain volunteer records using Excel
    • Manage emails from prospective volunteers
    • Track volunteer hours for programs and events
    • Upload and organize files in Microsoft 365
    • Occasionally post updates to ASI’s calendar and blog

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience with administrative or coordination tasks
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Excel
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to volunteer for a minimum of 3 hours a week for at least 10 weeks
    • Ability to manage self-guided work
    • Access to technology and ability to meet virtually
