    Administrative Assistant (Volunteer)

    Our mission is to provide a safe space and offer mental health and well-being services to refugee students and their families, hoping to lessen the stigma around mental health.

    Administrative assistant responsibilities

    • Maintaining records and files, both physical and electronic: This entails organizing documents, updating databases, and ensuring information is easily accessible when needed. Your attention to detail and systematic approach contribute to efficient record-keeping and retrieval processes.
    • Prepare and format various documents: You will be responsible for creating and formatting reports, presentations, memos, and spreadsheets. Additionally, you will proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and clarity, showcasing your meticulousness and strong written communication skills.
    • Maintaining and organizing files, records, and important documents: You will oversee the proper labeling, storage, and archival of files and records, adhering to established procedures. Your organizational abilities ensure easy retrieval and systematic management of crucial documents.
    • Managing specific projects or tasks: In addition to routine responsibilities, you may be assigned specific projects involving research, data analysis, or event coordination. Collaborating with the Secretary and Director of Operations, you will contribute your expertise to the successful execution of these assignments, demonstrating your flexibility and ability to multitask.
