    Description

    As a Partner Relations Assistant you will provide administrative support for the Regional Director of Development in order to

    engage effectively with partners who provide financial and prayer support to Seed Company sponsored translation projects.

    The position requires a self-starter with effective verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail and ability to

    plan and manage assigned work. This volunteer position requires approximately 30 hours/week. Preferred location is

    Scottsdale, AZ.

    Essential Functions:

    ·

    Provide primary administrative support for the Director and assist with the administrative support for the other

    Development Representatives in the Western US as directed by the supervisor.

    ·

    Support needs of Development Representatives in Western Region.

    ·

    Routinely communicate with the supervisor to plan the support strategy needs of the supervisor’s case load as well as

    providing assistance to the Western Regional Development Team.

    ·

    Assist assigned Development Representatives with partner meeting preparation, including research as appropriate,

    preparation of meeting materials, travel arrangements, etc.

    ·

    Prepare expense reimbursement reports for approval by assigned Development Representatives, forward to

    appropriate individual for approval.

    ·

    Coordinate and execute appropriate Partner Appreciation under direction of Development Representatives and

    according to established guidelines.

    ·

    Provide excellent communication and follow up from any partners or constituents for which we are providing care

    and keep accurate database records for each partner.

    ·

    Provide monthly reports to Development leadership.

    ·

    Execute mailings, letters and other correspondence as needed.

    ·

    Assist assigned Development Representatives with case load maintenance.

    Qualifications:

    Your strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior, God-honoring lifestyle, passion for the Word of God and provision of the Word of

    God to every people group in their own language is essential to thriving and succeeding, as are the following skills, abilities

    and experience:

    ·

    Alignment with the Seed Company vision, mission and values;

    ·

    2 -3 years related development/administrative experience;

    ·

    Ability to plan and manage assigned work

    ;

    ·

    Effective oral and written communication skills; strong telephone skills;

    ·

    Possesses strong service mindset;

    ·

    Computer literate including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;

    ·

    Able to navigate server files/intranet;

    ·

    Ability for web-based and server-based research;

    ·

    Attention to detail, well organized and excellent at follow through;

    ·

    Bachelor’s degree preferred;

    ·

    Should have fruitful and growing relationships with others and share the values of bringing hope and healing

    to those in the world without God’s Word.
