Bloomerang Software Consultant - Help Optimize Our Donor and Volunteer Management System

Heart Touch Project is seeking a tech-savvy volunteer to help optimize our Bloomerang donor and volunteer management system for maximum efficiency. As an educational nonprofit, we provide specialized training to laypersons, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and massage therapists who want to offer gentle, therapeutic touch to end-of-life hospice patients and medically fragile individuals with chronic and life-limiting illnesses.

What makes us unique: We operate as both a training organization (charging fees as a continuing education provider) and a traditional nonprofit (receiving donations from individuals and foundations). We also coordinate volunteer placements at our network of hospices and healthcare partnerships.

Your role would involve:

• Reviewing our current Bloomerang setup for both donor management and volunteer coordination
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve data organization
• Helping us better categorize and manage our diverse constituency (trainees, donors, volunteers, partners)
• Optimizing our workflow for maximum efficiency
• Providing recommendations for best practices
• Potentially assisting with system cleanup and reorganization

Time commitment: Flexible - could be completed over several weeks or months depending on your availability. Estimated 10-20 hours total, with most work done remotely.
