    Description

    ESSENTIAL CARDS PROGRAM

    NEW VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

    This project is making handmade cards for frontline workers (ie. doctors, nurses, etc.) to show our gratitude and appreciation for them. Cards made will be donated to local hospitals and emergency locations that we are partnered with. We are excited to see everyones creativity and kindness! PARTICIPATE TODAY!

    DEADLINE: This is year round program, so there is no deadline.

    SUBMISSION PROCESS:

    1) Fill out the hours' Google form to receive hours.

    2) Upload a picture of the cards you make in the form of a pdf. Each person should only submit the Google form once at the end of the project after they are done making the cards.

    SERVICE HOURS:

    [Organize your cards at the end of the time and you will receive 1 hour for each handmade card that you donate

    Take a wide angle pic from the top of all the cards that you have (ensure that they can fit in one picture) after you are done making all your cards]

    MAILING:

    Put the cards in your own envelope (more than 1 card can fit in 1 envelope). Please write your name and your own home address for the return address

    SUPPLIES: DO NOT use anything that will fall off or create health concerns

    NOTE GUIDELINES:

    - No last name or identifiable personal information.

    - Minimum of 3 lengthy sentences, 4 pictures, and 4 different colors per card

    - No religious sayings inside the cards as they will not be accepted by hospitals including (i.e. "I’m praying for you)
