    Description

    York West Active Living Centre (YWALC) is a community based resource Centre for people 55 years of age and older. YWALC has been serving the Weston community for over 40 years.

    We are looking for a volunteer who can work in the kitchen on Wednesdays 8:30 am to 2:00pm making tea and coffee, handing out food items and light lunch preparation.

    Training is provided. Experience is not required.

    The person that we are looking for is:

    • Punctual and reliable
    • Available a minimum of 3 months
    • Enjoys working with older adults

    Directions

    We're inside the commercial mall in 1901 Weston road (north east corner of Weston and Lawrence Ave.). Once you enter, we're at the end of the hallway to the right.
