    Description

    Emergency Family Shelter Dinner Angel

The YWCA Greensboro Emergency Family Shelter is in need on volunteers, lovingly referred to as "Dinner Angels" to prepare/purchase meals to serve our resident shelter families. Volunteers would prepare or purchase a balanced meal (entree, sides, dessert, optional drinks, optional paper products), and drop it off at the designated time or stay to serve it to families.

Staff will contact volunteers prior to their donation date to inform them of how many adults and children the meal should serve, as well as any dietary restrictions/allergies family members may have.

This oppportunity is great for those looking for one-time volunteer opportunities or those looking to get involved monthly or weekly!
