    Description

    Role Summary:

    The Programs Advisor will lead and oversee the WIPM Connect 4 Girls initiative, playing a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic growth and long-term sustainability of the program. This individual will collaborate closely with all departments, holding bi-weekly check-ins to monitor progress, address challenges, and offer mentorship and guidance. The Programs Advisor is responsible for developing and refining the program’s overall vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering innovation and impact in program delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the WIPM Connect 4 Girls program.
    • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with departmental leads to review progress and offer support.
    • Mentor and guide team members to promote a collaborative and high-performing environment.
    • Continuously assess and enhance program structure, effectiveness, and alignment with goals.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new ideas and improvements.
    • Represent the program with professionalism and enthusiasm in internal and external settings.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
    • Availability of 2–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
    • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Forms, Slides, etc.).
    • Reliable internet connection and access to a working device.
    • Comfortable using Zoom for virtual meetings and collaboration.
