Partnership Success Lead - Volunteer

Looking to give back in a meaningful way? YesLiberia is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Success Lead to assist in sustaining and expanding the partnerships that make YesLiberia’s mission possible. You will work closely with the Founder and Operations Manager, to nurture existing collaborations, build new strategic alliances, and design systems and processes to ensure that partners feel valued, engaged, and aligned with our vision.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and strengthen existing partnerships through clear communication, follow-up, and engagement

• Collaborate with the founder or operations manager to design and implement new partnership strategies

• Establish and improve processes for tracking, evaluating, and reporting on partnership success

• Work with program teams to understand ongoing needs and identify partnership opportunities to support them

• Support communications and fundraising efforts by providing partnership stories, impact metrics, and success highlights

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of YesLiberia’s programs to effectively communicate the importance of YesLiberia’s work to external stakeholders with clarity and passion

Requirements

• Experience in partnership management, relationship-building, business development, or related fields

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

• Problem-solving and initiative-driven attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and day-to-day execution

• Experience in a nonprofit, educational, or community development context
