(Volunteer Possition) We are seeking a highly motivated and approachable Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts and ensure the organization's growth and financial sustainability. In this key leadership role, you will develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Bridge H2OPE’s mission and long-term vision.
Responsibilities include creating and diversifying income-generating initiatives, overseeing fundraising campaigns, and managing the development team. This volunteer role requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, with occasional in-person meetings with donors, partners, and team members.
