    Musical Performers

    Hearts & Minds Activity Center is a nonprofit organization located in San Jose, CA. We are a dementia-specific adult day program that serves individuals with dementia across all stages of the disease.

    How can you help? Our members love music, especially songs from their generation! Whether you are a one-person band or a small group of musicians, we'd love to have you come perform for us.

    We are open Monday through Friday, and available for performances between 10:30am - 12pm, or 2:00pm - 3:30pm. A 45-60 minute performance would be fantastic!
