Ways You Can Help- Provide companionship by sitting, reading, or chatting with patients.
- Offer bereavement support to caregivers and families.
- Help with administrative tasks or creative projects like scrapbooking and journaling.
- Support fellow veterans as a Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteer.
- Share your skills through pet therapy, art enrichment, or music therapy.
- Comprehensive training on hospice care, grief support, and active listening.
- Flexible volunteer schedules tailored to your availability.
- The opportunity to touch lives and be part of a compassionate community.
- Must be 18+ years old
- Background check, current CPR certification, and negative TB screening required
