Mobile Outreach Initiative Client Coach

Take confidence on the road.

As a MOI Client Coach, you’ll bring our life-changing Clothing & Coaching Program directly to job seekers in surrounding counties who are unable to access our main office. Just like our in-house coaches, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one support-helping individuals prepare for interviews with professional attire, grooming tips, and soft-skills coaching.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that every client-no matter where they are-has the opportunity to show up prepared and confident.

What you'll do:

• Travel with our team to community partner sites (like Greene County and Miami County JFS)

• Assist clients in selecting and fitting professional clothing

• Offer encouragement and guidance on grooming and interview soft skills

• Help organize and maintain the mobile client service area

We’re especially seeking volunteers located in:

• Montgomery County

• Miami County

• Greene County

• Clark County
