    Description

    Come help us celebrate our annual American Indian Festival. Discover the rich and diverse culture of Native American Indians.

    Assistants will assist with teaching and hands-on instruction in artisanal crafts such as basket and mat weaving, traditional Native inspired games and sports like archery and spear throwing, pony ride assistance, and exhibit/storytelling assistance. Whether you like the outdoors, history, cultural arts, or community, we have something for all ages and abilities to do!

    Continental Breakfast and Lunch are provided. This event is rain or shine.

    This volunteer opportunity is approved for Prince George's County Public Schools student service-learning hours.

    Minimum age: 14
