    TWST4Girls is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering teen girls through mentorship, education, and leadership development. We are currently seeking passionate and committed volunteer Board Members with a legal background to join our Law Team. Help us make a lasting impact in the lives of young women—right from where you are!

    🛠️ Board Member Volunteer Roles (Law Team):

    • Legal Advocacy Advisor: Provide guidance on youth justice and legal rights relevant to girls and young women.
    • Policy Research Lead: Research policies impacting girls in marginalized communities and propose advocacy initiatives.
    • Legal Education Developer: Help design and review legal literacy workshops and materials for youth.
    • Compliance & Governance Support: Ensure the organization’s policies are in line with legal and ethical standards.
    • Pro Bono Partnerships Coordinator: Assist in building partnerships with legal firms and professionals for pro bono support.
    • Mentorship Program Advisor: Help structure mentorship programs that include legal career exposure.
    • Community Outreach Consultant: Strategize legal outreach efforts with community stakeholders and local agencies.
    • Grant & Legal Funding Advisor: Assist in identifying legal grants or funding opportunities aligned with our mission.

    🔍 Ideal Candidates Have:

    • A background in law (attorney, law student, paralegal, legal educator, etc.)
    • Passion for youth empowerment and equity in underserved communities
    • Availability for remote collaboration (5–8 hrs/month)
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
