    Description

Come live and volunteer with us in the Andes! Volunteers stay in simple, shared housing in Quito and help 6 hours/day, 4 days/week. You’ll be part of our everyday team—working on program support, communications and logistics, or community programming, depending on your interests and our needs.

In your off time, you'll have the chance to explore Ecuador’s mountains, markets, and vibrant culture!

Roles are shaped around both your interests and current organizational needs. Most tasks fall into one of the following:

📍 Logisitcal Support (Quito-based) and/or Community Programming (travel to partner communities)

    • Helping organize youth and community workshops
    • Outreach & communications (social media, newsletters, grant writing)
    • Storytelling, documentation, photography/videography
    • Supporting local initiatives behind the scenes

🌿 Hands-On Field Projects (Outside Quito)

We also have a few exciting upcoming projects that require dedicated in-person volunteers outside of Quito:

Community Garden & Food Sovereignty Project (Latacunga)

Help us co-create a community food space from the ground up—perfect for nature lovers passionate about traditional ecological knowledge and land-based healing.

Health & Wellbeing / Medical Centre Project (Latacunga)

Support the transformation of a barebones apartment into a community-centered studio space that will host global health learners. We’re especially seeking those with creative design ideas, interior decorating interest, or logistical planning skills.
