    Description

    Workforce Education Workshop Facilitator

Inspire confidence. Build skills. Change lives.

Support our Workforce Education Initiative by leading interactive soft skills workshops that help individuals prepare for employment and greater independence. As a Workshop Facilitator, you’ll deliver content developed by CTW staff-who will review everything with you ahead of time-so you’re set up for success.

You’ll guide small to medium-sized groups through PowerPoint-based sessions that include group discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world skill building. Your energy and encouragement will help participants gain the tools they need to thrive in the workplace and beyond.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead engaging, prepared soft-skills workshops

    • Foster meaningful group conversations and participation

    • Empower clients to feel confident, independent, and workforce-ready

    • Travel to local workshop locations as needed

Whether you’re a natural speaker or an experienced educator, this is your chance to make a lasting impact-one conversation at a time.
