    Description

    The Welcome Center Team provides a warm, professional welcome to individuals entering the CityLink Center. Welcome Center volunteers are knowledgeable about CityLink services and processes and engage all persons entering the center. Welcome Center Volunteers are the face of our organization.

    Responsibilities

    Engagement:

    1. Welcome CityLink clients and guests, providing a positive, warm regard for all individuals
    2. Directing clients, visitors, and vendors to appropriate contacts at the CityLink Center
    3. Answer programming questions and facilitate new client enrollment
    4. Verify existing client schedules and connect clients to services
    Organizational support:
    1. Record client attendance
    2. Schedule clients for services
    3. Operate CityLink computer systems
    4. Administrative support
    5. Respond to general phone calls and emails knowledgeably and with a warm demeanor
