    10th Annual Head for the Cure 5K - San Francisco

    This event is a 5k walk/run to build awareness, raise funds, and ignite hope for the San Francisco brain tumor community! This event is so much more than a 5k with a thrilling kids zone, live music, and special awards. Funds raised will benefit brain tumor research at the UCSF Brain Tumor Center.
