About Staging Her: Staging Her is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women from developing countries through transformative arts and cultural exchange programs. Our flagship project brings talented women from Senegal, Palestine, Lebanon, Ethiopia, and Zambia to the U.S. for intensive training, rehearsal, and performance tours. We aim to amplify their voices and artistry while fostering global connections.

Staging Her is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Sponsorship Research Volunteer to support our upcoming Her Stage, Her Story tour, which brings powerful performances by international women circus artists to communities across Colorado in May 2026.

This volunteer role will focus on identifying and researching potential corporate sponsors in tour cities. The intern will help build a database of aligned businesses, foundations, and local partners that may be interested in supporting or collaborating on the tour. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a bold and intersectional project at the intersection of gender equity, storytelling, and the arts.

    Responsibilities:
    • Research potential local and regional corporate sponsors in key Colorado tour cities

    • Identify alignment between sponsor interests and Staging Her’s mission

    • Compile contact information and partnership histories in a clear, organized format

    • Assist with drafting outreach materials and sponsorship pitch decks (optional, if interested)

    • Collaborate with the Staging Her team to strategize sponsorship approaches

    Ideal Candidate:
    • Passionate about empowering women and uplifting underrepresented voices

    • Interested in nonprofit development, arts and culture, or corporate social responsibility

    • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with independent research

    • Strong written communication and database management skills are a plus

This role offers an inside look at nonprofit partnership-building and international arts programming, and is a great fit for students or early-career professionals exploring fundraising, nonprofit strategy, or gender justice work.
