Destined for Greatness Seeks Skilled Graphic Designer

Destined for Greatness Outreach Youth Center is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves elementary, middle, and high school students in the Greater Atlanta (metro) area. DFG was founded in 2010 and has impacted over 1000 children in the State of Georgia through community events, mentorship, virtual tutoring, and much more.

Currently, we are looking to expand our Creative Team.

Graphic Designer:(Volunteer Opportunity to grow with the organization)

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity, etc. The goal is to get our message across.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate a solid body of work.

Take the design "brief' to record requirements and needs.

Schedule project implementation

Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.

Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas

Amend final designs to comments and gain full approval

Work as part of a creative team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.

Requirements:

Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

Demonstrable graphic design skills

Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

Up to date with industry leading software and technologies

(In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)

Highly proficient in all design aspects

Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.
