Craft your way into the hearts of hospice patients!

Do you enjoy making crafts? Do you want to volunteer from the comfort of your own home? Turn your hobby into healing by becoming a craft volunteer for hospice! Heartland Hospice needs more talented craft volunteers to donate items that will bring comfort to patients facing life-limiting illnesses. The sky's the limit when it comes to what you can donate, but some suggestions include: crocheted or fleece lap blankets/shawls/slippers, full-size or decorative pillows, veterans-appreciation or patriotic items, stuffed animals (teddy bears), seasonal gifts or any other craft item that will brighten a patient's room.

Items can be dropped off at one of Heartland's business offices in Milwaukee or Kenosha. This is your chance to make a BIG difference without even leaving your doorstep!
