    Our mission is to offer training and interest-based work opportunities to young adults with intellectual and developmental differences. Our goal is to attract and maintain a strong customer base by offering an upscale, boutique-style experience, at thrift store prices. Most importantly, we strive to exceed expectations through personalized service and attention to detail.

    About the Role:

    As a Price Researcher at ZABS Place, you'll contribute your knowledge, attention to detail, and tech skills to help us identify and price the many wonderful treasures we get donated. You'll be responsible for researching online to establish pricing for items in a department of your interest, always keeping our store's resale guidelines in mind. This role is essential for helping us provide excellent value to our customers and being responsible stewards of the generous donations that enable us to serve our mission and community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research the value of donated items, including art, clothing, toys, furniture, and other goods, using online marketplaces and pricing guides.
    • Set fair and competitive prices based on research and store pricing guidelines.
    • Identify valuable or unique items that may require special pricing or handling.
    • Work closely with store staff and other volunteers to ensure accurate and efficient pricing.
