    Description

    Care360 Hospice Positive Presence Volunteers

Hi, I'm Adreana, the Volunteer Coordinator at Care360 Hospice.

As a hospice companionship volunteer for Care360 Hospice, your role is crucial in providing emotional support and companionship to patients facing end-of-life care. By simply being there to listen, hold a hand, or share stories with patients, you can make a significant difference in their quality of life during this challenging time. Your presence brings comfort and reassurance to not only the patient but also to their families who may be struggling with their loved one's terminal illness. Whether you are reading a book together, playing music, celebrating birthday's, attending veteran ceremonies, or just sitting in silence, your empathy and compassion are what truly matter. While it may not always be easy emotionally, the impact you have on the lives you encounter is immeasurable and will leave a lasting legacy of love and kindness.
