Description
Conduct continuous research surrounding mental health and the impact on refugee and immigrant communities
Develop monthly summaries of research findings to present to the board of Education: with suggestions (backed by research findings) on various ways to improve mental health intervention or new techniques to increase the effectiveness of interventions.
Primarily in charge of keeping an updated knowledge of new trends and conversations surrounding mental health in refugee communities. Work closely with Carisa the Director of Education, Advocacy and Programs and other research interns to come up on ways to implement research findings in programs
