    Description

    We are seeking volunteers for hospice patient and their families. Help is needed in the office to support the team. Patients may need a visit, a phone call, a card or letter of caring. Families may need a short break to go grocery shopping or do other necessary errands. Assistance with fund raising or administrative work and support. Bereavement and spiritual support or support for bereavement or spiritual activities/memorials etc.

    Light yard work or housecleaning is sometimes needed. Any one of these areas is needed. You don't have to do them all.

    We are looking for people who want to help others in need either directly or indirectly. There are so many ways to help. The minimum age is 18 years and there is no upper age limit. We value ALL volunteers and certainly our seniors! College students and in some cases high school students are needed and very welcome!

    Pet therapy, music therapy, singing activities, crafts, reading, and writing...... all are possible. Let us hear from you with any good ideas to support our hospice patients and their loved ones in this special time.
