Description
The Palm Springs Animal Shelter welcomes volunteers with varied expertise and experience. We are looking for volunteers who are committed, caring, and who would like to truly make a difference in the lives of the animals in our care.
The Palm Springs Animal Shelter needs volunteers in the areas listed below:
- Dog Socializer & Handler - Walk our dogs and socialize them.
- Cat Socializer- Socialize, groom and interact with cats.
- Customer Service & Data Entry - We have a variety of customer service roles, from greeting, answering phones, and data entry.
- Facilities Assistant- Assist the Facility Manager with cleaning, organizing, washing dishes and laundry and keeping the shelter looking beautiful.
- Outreach & Events - the Palm Springs Animal Shelter has events of all sizes, from Adoption Events to major Fundraising Events.
