    Food Sorting at Curtner Center Warehouse

    Monday- Friday from 9am-12pm / Monday -Thursday from 1:30pm-3:30pm

    VOLUNTEERS AGES 18 yrs of age and up ONLY.

    The primary responsibility of a Food Sort Volunteer is to prepare food for distribution by verifying, sorting, labeling, and repacking food items at our distribution center.

    Everyone should have access to healthy food. Second Harvest provides nutritious groceries and fresh produce at sites throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. These sites are volunteer-run and rely on committed, dedicated volunteers who can support the effort on an ongoing basis. We invite you to join us in providing a warm and welcoming environment for our clients.

    The primary responsibility of a Food Sort Volunteer is to prepare food for distribution by verifying, sorting, labeling, and repacking food items. Training is provided at the beginning of each shift.
