Food Pantry Deliveries to Homebound Seniors

JFSA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) social service agency located in Southern Nevada. Our mission is to be the place for people of all backgrounds to go in times of need. We provide solutions to improve the conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work, and age. We welcome people of all backgrounds.

We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with our food pantry operation - a fun and lively environment! Our food pantry is constantly growing, and we are looking for volunteers to help us grow while serving our clients with the dignity and respect they deserve. This position is one that provides a huge sense of fulfillment.

Pantry Volunteer Driver responsibilities include:

- Pick up of food and client information at JFSA

- Dropping off food delivery to client in a timely manner

- Keeping client information confidential

*Drivers must provide proof of driver’s license and valid auto insurance. JFSA will generate a report through Verified First to ensure you have a clean driving record.

**All volunteer positions may require lifting up to 25-35 lbs.

The work that we do at the food pantry is very rewarding. You go home with the feeling that you truly made an impact on someone’s day, which you have.
