    Description

Mentor for Democratic Corporation using AI and Trust to get Business Opportunities

How to create lasting change in the world?

Show that democratically run, earned equity organizations can outcompete top-down ones. Create opportunities for talented people from any location in the world to earn income and ownership. Have a team that includes members from diverse cultures and locations.

That is what this opportunity is for. A mentor to help a diverse, global team that shares ownership and elects their leadership, to find business opportunities and grow.

The team has smart software developers, designers, project managers and juniors of all areas. They have the chops to create apps quickly with AI and do Agentic automation of business processes, and they have some standards work they have done on trust and verifiable credentials including academic - see https://linkedtrust.us

However, they are not in the US or EU and need help to figure out how to get contracts and business opportunities. Equity and profits are shared with all who help!

We are looking ideally for someone with experience in some non-technical domain, like supply chain, philanthropy, insurance, health care, education, human resources, local government, permitting, really any area where processes could be automated. Then we can see how this team could help to do that and earn and show that democratic organizations can outcompete traditional top down.

We can then expand this pattern so that people everywhere can work for organizations they own and control. This scrappy team has been successful so far but needs to expand.
