    Highland Falls Preserve Cleanup & Trail Workday

    Join Scenic Hudson for a fun volunteer opportunity on National Trails Day!

    Roll up your sleeves to help clean up and build trails at the future nature preserve with the expert Jolly Rovers Trail Crew.

    Enjoy lunch, snag a free t-shirt, and learn from one of the best trail crews around.

    As there’s very limited parking available, we encourage you to park near the Highland Falls Library and walk to the preserve.

    Volunteers will use loppers, rock bars, rakes, picks, and other hand tools to clear a new trail and move stone. Tools and gloves will be provided. Please pack sufficient snacks, and water for a full workday. Remember to bring sun protection, close-toed shoes, and clothes you do not mind getting dirty.

    All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entire event.

    This event is rain or shine, barring extreme weather.
