    Description

    Join Empowered Futures as a Partnerships & Development Associate, and become a key part of our futuristic and innovative organization dedicated to empowering emerging adults as they transition into adulthood.

    At Empowered Futures, we are dedicated to creating confident, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful adults through self-empowerment, business mentorship, and unwavering support, to help them build their capability and reach their full potential.

    This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential partners and donors in support of the mentorship program
    • Develop and maintain relationships through outreach efforts, such as cold emailing prospects and facilitating meetings
    • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and partnership materials to support outreach and fundraising efforts
    • Collaborate with Finance to support the preparation of fund and grant applications
    • Work closely with Marketing to align outreach efforts with organizational goals

    Qualifications:

    • Any studies relating to Business, Nonprofit Management, Finance, or other related fields
    • Experience in business development, fundraising, or grant writing
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Genuine passion for mentorship
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
