    Volunteer for SF Nonprofit Culinary Event in October 2025

    Sprouts Chef Training San Francisco Gala

    About: On October 5, Sprouts Chef Training is hosting our Annual Fundraising Gala – A Taste of Italy – in partnership with The Conservatory. Through an evening of food, cocktails, and impact stories, we’ll raise awareness about our mission to equip youth to rise from hardship through culinary training & job placement, and secure funding to expand our programming in 2026.

    Volunteers: Volunteers work alongside restaurant hosts and the Sprouts team to support the successful execution of the event through set-up, guest check-in, passing appetizers & drinks, bussing, and event breakdown. This is a great opportunity to gain professional experience, while networking with fellow food-lovers, Michelin starred chefs, and community advocates who are passionate about making a difference!

    Event Details

    We are also looking for a few volunteers for a smaller gathering on Monday, September 29th.

    Volunteer Roles Available

    • Front of House (FOH) – Checking in guests, coat check, checking out guests, tracking auction bids, processing donations, general set-up and break down, etc.
    • Back of House (BOH) – Passing appetizers, serving, pouring drinks, bussing dishes, assisting kitchen staff, etc.
    • Media – Photography & Videography
