    Minds Beyond Measure (MBM), a nonprofit, strives to inspire purpose and passion, to empower and cultivate great minds in children, youth and teachers to improve educational outcomes in New York and developing countries.

    Background of Our Organization

    Minds Beyond Measure (MBM) is a nonprofit established in 2019, inspired by the founder's experiences traveling and living abroad across Asia. Witnessing a lack of educational resources and access to education in impoverished communities sparked a passion to provide access to quality education for both teachers and students. MBM focuses on delivering transformative teacher coaching, professional development, and mentorship programs through Creative Arts, serving underserved communities in New York, the Phillipines, and South Africa, and Kenya.

    Role Overview

When you work with us in the role of RFP Writer, this could be your life, while ensuring we bring in diverse, committed talent to help us drive real impact across underserved communities in New York and globally.

    As an RFP writer you will responsible for producing documents known as Requests for Proposal (RFP). These request documents are sent out to vendors so that they can bid on the proposal.

    Job Duties and Tasks

    The position entails three main tasks:

    1. Researching the requirements for the bid

    2. Writing the RFP document

    3. Researching laws associated with the bid process.

    Skills and Qualifications

    1. The minimum qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in business, English, communications, or any other related field.

    2. You need strong writing skills and must have experience with proposals.

    3. Familiarity using Google Workspace.

    Note: This role doesn't provide an hourly rate, but you will receive payment for every RFP that you submit!
