    Hunger is a serious threat facing many older adults and individuals with disabilities. The nutrition service, Meals on Wheels, is provided Monday through Friday in a variety of settings including congregate facilities such as senior centers; or by home-delivery to individuals who are home-bound due to illness, disability, or geographic isolation.
