    Join Art Sphere Inc's Digital Infrastructure Team to help improve the usability and structure of our SharePoint drive, enabling more efficient collaboration across programs and volunteers.

    What You'll Do:

    • Organize and maintain Art Sphere Inc’s SharePoint drive
    • Reorganize and rename files/folders to enhance accessibility and user-friendliness
    • Collaborate with the Executive Director to provide recommendations on data management improvements

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience with SharePoint, data organization, or file management systems
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to volunteer for a minimum of 3 hours a week for at least 10 weeks
    • Ability to manage self-guided work
    • Access to technology and ability to meet virtually
