What We Need: We're looking for a volunteer Operations Coordinator to help us refine and optimize our Confluence-Jira-Slack workflow. You'll help us build efficient systems that support our distributed team and advance our mission.

You Might Be Perfect If You:

• Have experience with Confluence, Jira, and Slack integration
• Believe in transparent, asynchronous governance (we practice it!)
• Want to use your skills for public benefit rather than corporate profit
• Understand that good documentation is how distributed teams thrive
• Care about privacy, open-source principles, and digital rights

What You'll Do:

• Design workflows that support our research and development projects
• Create documentation systems that embody our transparency values
• Optimize cross-platform integration for maximum team effectiveness
• Help implement governance processes that scale with our mission
