    Description

    Volunteers in this position will manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and help all visitors who come to our 405 Broadway building in a trauma-informed manner. Volunteers will also direct clients to the appropriate staff members for services and provide resources when necessary. Shift duration and time will vary depending on when coverage is needed during our business hours (Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00pm and Fridays 9:00-4:00pm).
