    • *Role Overview:**

    The Director of Research and Development (R&D) will volunteer to oversee and lead all research initiatives within Futuretech Foundation. This individual will play a key role in guiding and coordinating research projects across various fields, including quantum materials, aerospace engineering, and emerging technologies like UAP-related propulsion systems. The Director will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and students to foster innovation, manage R&D teams, and ensure that projects align with the Foundation’s mission and goals.

    • *Key Responsibilities:**
    • Lead the strategic direction of all R&D projects within Futuretech Foundation.
    • Manage and mentor research teams, ensuring effective collaboration between researchers, students, and volunteers.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of new technology concepts, including quantum materials, aerospace propulsion, and advanced robotics.
    • Coordinate interdisciplinary projects and encourage collaboration across different fields of research.
    • Develop and maintain research partnerships with academic institutions, private companies, and industry leaders.
    • Ensure all R&D activities align with the Foundation’s mission and long-term goals.
    • Organize and manage R&D workshops, webinars, and public events to share research findings and engage with the broader tech community.
    • Monitor the progress of research projects, providing guidance and support to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
    • Assist in securing funding, grants, and sponsorships for research projects.
    • Contribute to writing reports, white papers, and research publications to promote Futuretech’s research efforts.
    • *Skills & Qualifications:**
    • Extensive experience in research, development, or innovation management, ideally in technology or scientific fields.
    • Strong leadership, team-building, and mentorship abilities.
    • Proven ability to coordinate interdisciplinary research teams and projects.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as quantum materials, aerospace, or robotics (preferred but not required).
    • Passion for advancing innovative technologies and educating future generations.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, volunteer-based environment.
    • *Time Commitment:**

    20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule.
